Can I return my order? How do I do it?
emoji glasses & sunglasses products that are purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase. If you would like to exchange a product purchased on our online store, please fill out our contact form including the order number and the following information:

After doing that you should expect an email from our customer service department with the instructions to follow.

Once the items have been returned in perfect condition, we will refund the price with the original payment method. The reimbursement will come to you within 14 days of receipt.

We ship globally. Due to the high demand that our products are currently having our estimated delivery window ranges from 5 to 20 business days. Please, note that the delivery time is based on working days and not on calendar days.

PRODUCT MATERIALS & LENSES
What are your glasses & sunglasses made off?
We work with different materials. When you check the information of a specific product, you will see what material is it made from.
Acetate (Cellulose Acetate Propionate): A very lightweight plastic, this material is durable and can be made with interesting colors and even with a transparent look. This is a nylon based material.
Advantages: Can be thin. Cool colors and color combos.
Disadvantages: Durable but heavier than other plastic and some metal materials. Expensive.
Polycarbonate (Injection Molded Plastic): This is a fairly new type of material, or rather, process. Plastics are used to injection mold eyeglass frames. This results in very lightweight hybrid plastic.
Advantages: Lightweight. Cool colors and color combos. Most materials used are being recycled, reducing waste and resulting in a more Eco-friendly product. Rigid, not flexible, but holds the adjustment very well.
Disadvantages: The frame or temples can break under heavy stress.
TR90: A new type of polymer plastic designed to hold it's adjustment.
Advantages: Lightweight, durable, flexible. Holds its shape and last a long time.

What are polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses are sunglass lenses that have been treated with a specialized film to cut glare.
How do polarized lenses work?
The polarizing film only lets some light through, not all. We like this explanation and animation on polarized lenses.
Are UV-blocking lenses polarized?
Not necessarily. The UV-blocking coating on sunglasses is not the same as the film that polarizes light. Polarized lenses make it easier to see under certain conditions, but polarization doesn’t protect your eyes from damage. Only sunglasses with 100 percent UV protection can help prevent eye damage.
Do your sunglasses offer 100% UV protection?
All our sunglasses do offer 100% UVA and UVB protection.
Ultraviolet (UV) rays are located just past the violet portion of the visible light spectrum; sunlight is the main source.
UV light is broken into three different types: UVA, UVB, and UVC.
What does Category 3 mean?
These sunglasses provide a good level of UV protection (in our case 100% UVA & UVB). Lens category 3 glasses also provide a high level of sun glare reduction.
How do I take care of my glasses/ sunglasses for them to last?
You can use your emoji™ glasses & sunglasses poach to clean and carry them. Do not rest the lenses against any hard surface. Do not pop out the temple arms frequently. And do not leave your sunglasses in direct sunlight under high temperatures such as an automobile dashboard as this may damage them.
How do I clean my lenses?
Your lenses are bound to get dirty. Only use the pouch you received with your eyewear for lens cleaning and storage purposes. Avoid wiping your lenses with your shirt, as this will gradually scratch the top coat of the lens. Wiping off a completely dry lens will eventually cause scratches, so make sure to rinse them under water first to remove surface dust and dry with your pouch. Never use solvents, chemicals or third party cleaning kits as they can damage your lens. Do not use your sunglasses inside salty water. Always rinse your lenses after exercise or leisure activities outdoors.
If the sun doesn't bother my eyes, do I still need to wear sunglasses?
Yes. The sun has damaging UV rays that can cause photokeratitis, pingueculae and permanent retinal damage.
Children don't need sunglasses, do they?
Children's sunglasses are essential. Children are at particular risk because they're in the sun much more than adults, and their eyes are more sensitive as well. UV damage is cumulative over a person's lifetime, which means you should begin protecting your child's eyes as soon as possible. Most parents would not allow their children to go outside without shoes, yet many seem unaware of the need to protect their children's eyes.
What are the benefits of polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses help you see better in certain environments. For example, they can reduce glare from other car windshields and windows or glass buildings. For fishing, polarized lenses reduce glare off the water, allowing you to see fish and other underwater objects clearly.
Is there any disadvantage to polarized sunglasses?
Some people find it hard to read certain displays, such as LCDs, with polarized lenses. If you plan to drive with polarized sunglasses, test them in the driveway or another safe place to make sure you can read your car’s instrument panel.
Where do you manufacture your products?
We design all our products in Spain, and we manufacture them either in China or Taiwan under the strictest quality controls.
WARRANTY/ DEFECTS/ REPLACEMENTS
What if I receive a defective product?
If you receive any defective product, send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown, and also some pictures of the temple or arm of the sunglasses where it indicates some numbers so that we can verify it and find a solution for you.
What is covered and not covered under warranty?
All emoji™eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or workmanship defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid Proof of purchase. emoji™’s warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of emoji™products (i.e. sunglasses fit with non-emoji™lenses) will void warranty coverage unless such modification has been done by an authorized dealer, in that case, we will be responsible for defects on the frame only.
